International parked regen not working.
My truck is not lowering the soot level after the regen, it completes the regen as usual with the temps good but the soot level stays the same and it asks for more parked regeneration. In the past year, I got DPF, NOX sensors, temp sensors, and differential pressure sensors changed. I checked for leaks in the exhaust and nothing in there.
Number 1 will always be lower than 2 and 3. Number 2 should be about 50-100 degrees higher than 3, if for any reason 3 is higher than 2, replace the DOC as it's become inefficient (catalyst is no burning like it should) and the dpf catalyst is actually burning the fuel off and that's not it's job.3032e Regen Issues. You will be fine. My x15 runs 900rpm for the blower for 2-4 hours at a time. Not sure if its regening while at that RPM as the inly time Ive done a parked/forced regen it inly does so at 800ish RPM. Once you have loaded it will do its active regen while you drive especially with the weight you are talking about.
