Honestly it seems like they are correlating pretty well… it’s not the end of the world and it’s not like 90s comat scores are horrible. I took EM comat my 4th year. I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit. I did my Level 1 retake 2 weeks before my IM COMAT and thought that was enough for me personally but I think comquest alone would help you pass. You'll probably pass, but 400 + 120 questions in total - that's a bit on a lower side for IM. If you are a good test taker - you'll pass. If you are a bad test taker - add more questions.

So I only have one more weekend to study for the IM COMAT. So far I have done ~300 uworld questions. I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week.

Used COMQUEST for everything except the OMM shelf and surgery (surgery was my first rotation and I didn't know I needed a qbank and I hate OMM), and those two were the only scores below 100 for me. Questions were worded closer to what I saw on the COMAT and it also had better explanations. I also used it for Level 2 and scored 60+ points higher ...
