Hi Amanda, welcome to GT! BFAXxxx is a fairly recent issue GLOCK serial number. I have a gen4 G19 FS with serial BFEWxxx from mid 2017. I would estimate your gen3 G22 to be around first half 2017. The AT stands for Austria (so your G22 is made in Austria). The circled 3D has to do with the barrel metallurgy composition (I think).
