YES! If you are not happy with your guild, you should feel no obligation to stay. All the officers from my last guild agreed we had to leave because the GM was an absolute idiot. He wouldn't level (all the officers were 60, he was 55), he wouldn't pvp, his roleplay was atrocious. And he was an asshole to everyone.Guild XP is earned by earning Conquest points. IIRC, guild XP is 200% of Conquest points, so for every Conquest point you earn you get two guild XP.
