I have a 10' FX4 with a 2" HBS level, 35x12.50x20 Cooper STT. Originally the only rub i had was on the UCA's when turning up steep driveways and offroading. So i purchsed some 1.5" Bora wheel spacers which took the rub off the UCA's but now it rubbed like crazy on my fender wells and front valence.

In summation, fitting F150 35" tires on the 2021-2022 F150s is a bit easier than on older trucks, but 35x12.50" tires are still a bit of a pain, and you may want to stick with narrower options. If you are dead-set on 35x12.50" tires, your best bet will still be a 4" lift kit or something even taller. It's really tight. And I don't think you can use stock rims with 35x12.5. At least it isn't recomended. You will have to do some trimming and it will rub on the suspension (inside of tire). Offroad conditions present more chances to rub when the truck is flexed...I took my 35's off of my leveled '04 and went down to 33's to gain more clearance when off roading. They will fit if you have proper back spacing. If you run stocker for bumper you may have a tiny bit of trimming to do. Worth it.
