April 2015. I use the clear blue digital advanced opk as well. A "high fertility" flashing smiley face (E3G surge) most likely didnt show for you because you didn't use the monitor long enough for it to establish a base line of your E3G. The "advanced" feature goes off your norms that it establishes from multiple tests.
