If you're going to lift or level, then 37's certainly make the visual appearance better, will give a smoother ride, and be better off-road.

If you want the truck to ride worse than it does now, put a lift kit on it. The only difference I see in them is one is a spacer that sits on top of the factory spring and the other one is a taller spring. Functionally, more tire and less rim is better in terms of performance. Its not like a 20 is a small rim! Especially for the cost. A 6" lift looks good with 37's, but not with 35's.
