You will have to drive to get to the nearest beach. Wailua has older condos. Wailua Bay Villas has a few nicely redone condos but the ocean is not good for swimming. Nice beach condo in Poipu would be Kiahuna Plantation or another popular one is Kuhio Shores. KS has a very tiny beach next to it but the snorkeling is usually good. KS sits right on the water.
