I have a .357 magnum Dan Wesson revolver but having a difficult time identifying the model. It was made in Monson, Mass and has a 6" barrel, serial number is 86xxx. I believe it was purchased in the early 1980s but not sure, might have been manufactured in the late 1970s?

They still manufacturer the barrels and shrouds to my knowledge. Blued barrels/shrouds take a little longer to order because they blue them out of house.Barrel and shroud combos seem to be priced around $300.
