The B-14R is scaled on the Remington 700 action, uses the same stock as the HMR, and will fit in any chassis or stock made for the R700. The BMR utilizes a dedicated rimfire receiver, and with the exception of the trigger, isn't compatible with any parts from the R700. Here's a link to the BMR page on Bergara's website.

The bravo and T1X trigger are excellent match ups. Barrel length is a toss up. Bergara is 18”. Tikka 16” or 20”. CZ has 16”, 20” and 24”. I have not shot the Tikka .22 or the Bergara .22 (own a B 14 Woodsman 6.5CM& love it). Do own a 457 American in 17HMR and love it. If I were to buy a new .22lr today, I would without hesitation get another 457. Tikkas feel plasticy and cheap to me and the Bergara mag is stupid, seriously doubt they are any more accurate than the CZ.
