AVDV vs AVES for international SCV exposure. Basically this is a question of developed vs emerging markets. So, I plan to rebalance to add some international exposure to my roth ira. I plan on allocating 20% to this. My 2 choices I am down to are between AVDV (developed SCV) and AVES (EM value, by nature most EM stocks are small cap anyway).
