I got the bullet floats and cut them in half. Used soldering iron and burned name into them all. Then DNR id # thing came into play and just used sharpie.

For the price that you paid for the cover, I would ask the manufacturer of the cover what will remove the color from your boat's finish.

You can control speed and drop it into neutral, then lean out and pull your float with one hand. Have crabbed with a 17 aluminum tracker like this.
