T-mobile cellspot not working.

Using 4G LTE Cellspot with Home Internet. I have read posts from a year or so ago about the possibility (or impossibility) of using the T-Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot with T-Mobile Home Internet. I'm doing it, and it's working, though my setup is not typical. I'll describe my setup, though it's a fairly long story. The device detects and registers on wireless networks inside T-Mobile’s calling area, but roaming networks are usually restricted to T-Mobile SIM cards. I’m testing it this morning, there is very good WiFi coverage at this house, multiple AP’s with gigabit ethernet between them, phones get good speeds 250-800/25 on WiFi on a 1GB line, no issues there. Now with the CellSpot, when WiFi is off, each phone gets speeds of 60-70/20.
