My litter robot is not cycling.

Hi, I just changed the motor in my robot II and it seems to be working fine. I just noticed a ticking sound while cycling and I don't remember that from before. I have had the Robot II since 2008 and this is the first time I had issues with the motor, so not sure if things have changed that I am not aware of. Please advise.
