It's meant for characters that have absurdly high Charisma, like a Sorc > Lich. You end up having like a +14-18 Charisma modifier, so Incorporeal Charm, Scaled Fist, and Nature's Whisper Oracle combined is like 45-50 AC all just from your Charisma. It's pretty easy to acquire 80-90 AC on a Lich without min-maxing.

Lich spellbook has some cool touch spells so it might be worth looking into Magus if you aren't concerned about spellbook merge. I'd still vouch for arcane sorcerer as abundant casting doesn't give you more lich spells in an unmerged book (Vampiric Blade is a really cool spell). ...
