I have had my 04 Sorento since new, and about a year ago it developed a water leak on the front passenger side of the cab. It has been back to the dealer 9 times for this issue. No one seems to know for sure if the leak is coming from the fire wall or maybe the door seals. The water accumulates on the floor towards the firewall and passenger door.

The front drain lines run down the "A" pillars and exit out the side (behind the fender) about a foot below the top of the dash (about 3.5 feet). The water on the Passenger side FLoor can be caused by several systems. There is a "Drain Hose" behind the Carpet that allows the AC Condensation to drip out under the vehicle.
