Seems like you lost one of the light chip OR it set to dark (0 brightness) by AWCC bug. First, try to reset the chip (CMOS reset is not enough) - turn off, remove all cables (including AC cord), wait 15 seconds. You should see rainbow lights at the next start in case reset was successful.
