That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25".

With both the 37's will fit a 2.5" but you will most likely encounter rubbing depending on wheel/tire combo. The 35's seem to be a better fit. I want to run 37 Toyo's because they have a higher load rating than the 35's.
