Make sure to check the DayZ Standalone Path in the DZSA Launcher (Settings, DayZ Standalone Path, browse) and that both programs are on the same drive. Or just use the official launcher that works really good right now: Steam, Dayz, Run Dayz, in the official launcher go to Servers, find your server, join and then "Download mods and join". The Ghillie is fun and all, but I don't trust other people's rendering quality to make it very useful right now. 0.61 should be a much better place for Ghillies, or possibly with the hotfix they're working on in Experimental right now.
