Cricut machine roller bar is not moving.
The machine itself has oil on the rollers and under the housing and the mat has a chemical glue on it. Cricut themselves say it is not food safe and it is not FDA approved. I definitely recommend looking into the machine they made specifically for food use.

First thing I did was pray, then I turned it off, manually moved the carriage back to the middle, took the cutting blade out and left it out. Turned the machine back on and it performed normally. Put the blade back in and was able to use the machine again as if nothing had happened.Using the card mat on the Cricket Explore or Cricut Maker: Start by attaching the card mat itself to the strong grip mat.
