If your system can't maintain the 60 fps it can drop and look jerkey. The 60 fps also looks kinda fake to me, I'm not exactly sure why but compared to the CEMU BOTW 60fps mod, this doesn't seem like it's on the same level yet. If you're determined either way, get it set up and just try the 30fps and 60 fps mods and use whichever you prefer.

With Yuzu's level of optimization your CPU is too slow for 60fps in BOTW. It's that simple. The only CPUs that can achieve that is within the last two gens of AMD/Intel where IPC, clocks and core counts are way up: 5800X/7700X, or 12700K/13700K. The game's native cap is 30fps (sometimes it drops to 20fps).
